Wellness services are powerful tools for employee engagement



The Society For Human Resource Management, has recently published their US Employee Benefits Survey for 2019. On Page 4 of their Family Friendly and Wellness Report, they discuss how “wellness classes and services can be powerful tools for employee engagement, provided they’re aligned with their employees needs.”


With 20% of surveyed organizations having increased their wellness benefits in the last year, this trend of increasingly healthier workplaces is quickly becoming the new normal. It’s not just the Facebooks and Googles of the world creating amazing workplaces either … any organization can create healthy, positive, engaging workplaces, and the right wellness partner will do most of the legwork for you.
