HealthCasa is a health-tech startup founded in 2017 and located in downtown Toronto. We provide mobile, healthcare appointments and related corporate healthcare services at our clients’ homes and offices. We are focusing on growing our corporate health and wellness division and are looking for a couple of real superstars that will be as passionate as we are about growing the business and creating new corporate relationships. You’ll get to work closely with the CEO and COO to get a thorough understanding of the business, what we do, how we do it, and why we do it.
Learn the business: you can’t sell something you don’t understand
Outbound sales: Drive growth by connecting with business owners and HR professionals, explaining our value proposition and getting them to commit to a phone call or brief intro meeting with the CEO or COO.
Lead generation: Sourcing, evaluating and qualifying leads through many avenues including cold-calling and social media channels
Schedule follow-up phone calls or meetings with potential corporate clients
Record sales efforts, contacts, touchpoints, results, etc in our CRM
Field any inbound calls from interested potential clients
Ambitious, self-motivated, eager to learn
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Very comfortable with cold-calling potential prospects
High-energy, outgoing personality
Can thrive in a team environment AND work independently
Business-minded and looking to advance your career
You place a high value on customer service and relationships
Job type: Full-time, 6 month contract with opportunity to extend employment term.
